Volunteer with us

The lifeblood of any charity is its volunteers. Musicata offers many excellent volunteer opportunities to assist with administration, marketing, front-of-house concert duties, and more! Our program gives our volunteers from the community a chance to get involved in a variety of ways and to experience a professional-level, live choral event.

The Musicata Board comprises volunteers who help provide financial and organizational stability while paving a new direction for the choir. We would also like to mention here the invaluable commitment of time, effort and sense of personal involvement that our volunteers, both ‘external’ (non-chorister) and ‘internal’ (choir members) bring to the choir.

At concert events, volunteers assist with front-of-house tickets, greeting guests, handing out programmes and aiding guests with disabilities. Our volunteers are our front-line ambassadors before, during and after the concert, including cleanup and closure of the facilities as required.
